Good value for money. Good place to stay for a night. Excellent breakfasts included in the price Quiet, clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows, toiletries provided. Walkable distance from the S banh station. Less check in via key box.All instructions clearly provided. Will recommend it to my family and friends!

The hotel is very comfortable and cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are very well equipped and organised. Best choice if you have a car. Public transportation is also available in some meters away. Also supermarket and bakery in neighborhood, And a very nice restaurant in site.

Very nice hotel with a lovely Italian restraint adjoined. On a quiet street with friendly staff. Good size room quite clean and comfy. Excellent value for money. But you cannot put your meals on your room. Overall very nice.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were very very friendly and helped us navigate the SBahn train station and purchasing the tickets (which can be very confusing to use for a first time non German speaking American). The hotel was walking distance to the train station which took us directly to Theresienwiese where Oktoberfest is held. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Definitely more European in size (bed and bath were tiny). The room did have a mini bar with some nice beer and snacks. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel where for 12euros per person you can have the breakfast buffet which is very nicely filled with very good food. The sad thing was that it had been a Biergarten that we looked forward to ending our first day at but was under construction and renaming (to an Italian themed restaurant) that wasn’t completed till our last night there. We were able to order beer and sit in the garden behind the hotel which was very enjoyable though. There is an Aldi a block away, a coffee and caupuchino shop with baked goods next door, a fruit market about 100 feet from the entrance, and a Turkish sandwich shop around the corner. Only a few blocks away are some other great places to eat – all of which we tried and were very pleased with. We were greeted in our room by the placement of a large gingerbread heart – a symbol of the reason for the Oktoberfest celebration which was a great touch!

We booked a double room for 2 nights at 110€, with free baby cot in the room. We also had our own portable baby cot for our second doughter and the room fit them both. Modern and functional, with good personaille and a lot of free parcking spots in the vicinity. Very clean and confortable.
